  8. Can you see your company becoming a 10 million dollar company?
  9. Why don’t you start locally first?
  10. Can you bootstrap?
  11. What experience do you have?
  12. How did you get your idea?
  13. Do you have a working prototype or a proof of concept?
  14. Why should I invest in you instead of hiring 1/2/3 people and outsource the whole project?
  15. Would you be willing to relocate to: capital city/London/Sillicon Valley?
  16. Do you have an executive summary?
  17. Do you have a business plan?
  18. How are you going to get your customers?
  19. Who needs your service?
  20. Who is you target audience?

  2. Do you have an exit strategy?
  3. Are you prepared to give up 10%/20%/30% of equity?

  5. Why that amount?
